Paper Floral Co.
A paper flower studio.

Order Processing
All items are 100% handcrafted in our studio. That means we cut our petals and often color each petal by hand prior to assembling. In stock items will ship within 1-2 business days. Please allow 10-14 business days for made to order items. Custom requests will ship based on the time frame provided in our quote. When we are able to finish making an item sooner than estimated, we will ship sooner as well.

Refunds and Exchanges
We are only able to refund items if they have arrived to you damaged. Please contact us immediately should this happen and return it to us within 7 days. You will be refunded the cost of the item upon its return to us. Please ship it back to us using the same or similar packing as was used to ship to you, which most of the time would be loose packing paper in a sturdy box. We are happy to send you a replacement as soon and as quickly as we can make it or we can simply refund you the cost of your item.

Given the handcrafted nature of our work, we do not accept cancellations after an order has been placed. Should you need to correct or change an order after you’ve placed it, contact us immediately and we will accommodate as best as we can.

We will do our very best to keep shipping costs as low as we can. We do this by utilizing flat rate shipping from the USPS. Should you need a faster shipping option, please contact us to arrange. International orders, please contact us before ordering.

Care of your Item
When your item arrives, you will find it carefully packed in a box with packing paper. We take great care to pack our items securely with packing paper and you’ll be able find your items easily in the package. Remove from the box with care. It is possible you will find that your petals will need smoothing or to be fluffed as a result of being transported and if that is the case, it is OK to gently do that. It is best to enjoy your items out of the direct sunlight. Very rarely do our flowers need cleaning, but should you need to dust over time, a gently puff using your hair dryer should suffice. You may mix your paper flowers with real flowers by wrapping the stems in waterproof floral tape, found in any craft or floral supply store.
